Understandably, this configuration puts the minority Southpaws in quite an unfair spot. But well, in recent years, a cabal of watchmakers have come to their rescue, crafting \u2018left-handed\u2019 or \u2018Destro\u2019 timepieces to particularly suit their lefty sensibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simply put, \u2018left-handed\u2019 or \u2018Destro\u2019 watches are a niche category that caters to lefty watch enthusiasts, to be (ironically) worn on their right hand. \u2018Destro\u2019 originates from Italian, translating to \u201cright\u201d. Traditionally, timepieces are designed to be worn on one\u2019s lesser dominant hand while the tool for adjusting time (the crown), faces the dominant hand. But in the case of lefties, they\u2019re served with no option but to impractically sport a timepiece on their dominant, left hand. In theory, this may seem like a fuss \u2013 but in practicality, it\u2019s quite an irksome arrangement for Southpaws, causing them to remove their timepiece to adjust time. The dial sports an Opalin-finished racing blue with minutes and hour hand\u2019s tips dipped in red, complimented by the hour markers. With a slick black dial, the small seconds appear at three o\u2019clock. Caused by its tilt, small seconds is at five o\u2019clock \u2013 what conventionally would\u2019ve been mounted at three o\u2019clock.
