Pushpa Bector is the perfect example of a woman with a mission. Backed by more than two decades of business management experience, she has transformed the retail and mall sector, making a name for herself along the way.
Always leading the charge from the front, Pushpa continues to set new benchmarks for the retail industry and stands tall as a torchbearer for women in leadership roles. Pushpa started her career at Oberoi Hotels and Resorts before going on to work for Jubilant FoodWorks as Marketing Head for Domino’s Pizza. Her initial experiences in the hospitality industry provided her with the wherewithal to expand the retail landscape in the country.
When she is not pushing the boundaries as Executive Director for DLF Retail, Pushpa chooses to indulge in stunning watches that truly exude elegance.
Holding a leadership role at DLF Retail, Pushpa is constantly surrounded by the finer things in life, be it great clothes, exquisite jewelry or intricately designed watches. It was with her experience in retail and luxury that she grew to understand the craft of watchmaking.
Remembering her first watch, a Rado, she tells us how it compelled her to fathom the depth of Swizz watchmaking process. And, since she delved into the finer details of the watchmaking process, there’s been no turning back.
Moving on from her first Rado, one of the watches she now sports is a green-dialed Rolex Datejust. It acts as the perfect accessory that gives her that little extra confidence to walk into those corporate meetings.
For her, watches need to be an extension of her personality. Nothing too loud, rather she has an affinity for classier designs.
Wearing the Cartier Santos during our conversation, she talked about her love for the Bvlgari Serpenti and how she wished to have that in her collection next.
