While Kapoor Watch Co. is revered today as India’s premier luxury retail destination, the maison began its tale of time as a craftsman. Meticulously winding mechanical marvels, polishing precious metals, and breathing new life into timepieces, Kapoor Watch Co. was a trusted sanctuary of time for North India’s watch collectors.
Celebrating its 57-year legacy of timekeeping care and crafting exquisite retail experiences, Kapoor Watch Co. continues its original 1967 mission, but on a scale never seen before. During the development of Kapoor Time Crafter, Pratiek Kapoor, Managing Director of Kapoor Watch Co., expressed a sentiment that perfectly highlights the significance of this milestone, “Each year, Kapoor Watch Co. expands its retail map with new boutiques in new cities. However, building a luxury watch service center with tools, talent, and advancements of such scale is a rare achievement. Truly exceptional.
A Sanctuary of Revival & Refinement
- Dedicated Rolex Reception & Seating Lounge: Situated to the left of the central foyer, every inch of this space is draped in the Swiss icon’s unmistakable design code. An earthy-toned, wooden reception counter featuring Rolex’s green aqua panel is flanked by fluted wooden wall paneling, centered by a large, illuminated poster depicting two Rolex movements. With a Rolex clock and frames of iconic Rolex models adorning the walls, clients are welcome to be seated on plush, green leather chairs.
- Multi-brand Reception: Directly opposite the Rolex reception and to the right of the central foyer, the multi-brand reception and lounge welcome clients. Against a regal, warm-toned façade, Kapoor Time Crafter’s logo is boldly etched onto the wooden walls. Accompanying the two-tone reception counter, the space is adorned by framed tributes to marquee watch brands and models and a digital display. However, the highlight remains the bronze-hued Panerai wall clock that boasts the maison’s signature crown guard and lume-inspired indexes. Discreetly tucked in the far-right corner is a library shelf that contains Kapoor Time Crafter’s certifications of service authorization.
Quick Service Area & Service Zones
Just steps past the multi-brand reception counter, a camouflaged door leads us into the first zone of Kapoor Time Crafter’s service facility: The Quick Service Area. Designated for express services — such as battery swaps, strap adjustments, and link removals — this room serves as a passage between the reception and the larger service area. Meanwhile, the multi-brand workshop is connected to the Spare Parts Storage room through a glass wall with a window, enabling quick transfers and accessibility.
Kapoor Time Crafter’s service facility is divided into eight purpose-driven zones, each dedicated to a specific stage of the watch servicing process: Administration, Quick Service Area, Spare Parts Storage Room, Multi-brand Workshop, Rolex Workshop, Polishing, Cleaning, and Training.

Kapoor Time Crafter is a highly secure service facility, purpose-built to house each client’s treasured timepieces alongside internationally sourced tools and machinery. With restricted access throughout, each zone upholds the highest standards of safety and discretion. To ensure optimal servicing conditions and safe storage of timepieces, the entire facility is dust-free, temperature-controlled, and 100% moisture-free. The entire service facility is illuminated with white lighting panels, cast against a clean grey-and-white backdrop to maintain legibility and focus on every workstation.Despite the clinical precision of the space, there’s soul in every corner. The Rolex workshop features furniture sourced entirely from Rolex, reinforcing the brand’s uncompromising standards. Each timepiece received at the dedicated Rolex reception is serviced exclusively within the Rolex workshop by Rolex-trained technicians — securely serviced and stored within this space. Framed tributes to iconic movements and case designs line the walls, while every workstation is proudly monogrammed with the Rolex crown.

Kapoor Time Crafter’s team of eight expert watchmakers and service technicians each bring over 20 years of experience and have been internationally trained and certified by leading watch brands, including Rolex, Roger Dubuis, IWC, Hublot, Panerai, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Cartier, Bvlgari, Franck Muller, and more. Every watchmaker and service technician are equipped with advanced computer systems and tools, enabling real-time access to brand portals, technical data, and service guides.
In its pursuit of exceptional service, Kapoor Time Crafter has acquired highly exclusive, specialized polishing machines, making it the only retail chain-owned service center in India to own this pioneering technology.
Kapoor Time Crafter is also home to a training school for aspiring watchmakers. Mentoring the next generation of horological talent by passing on technical knowledge acquired over the maison’s 57-year legacy.
